Floral Friday Photos

These flowers were taken at Punta Cana. They were reminded me of our flowers back home.

Word Less Wednesday - Back to Light Diet

It's my second day since my hiper acidity attack and i was not able to go for work.  I didn't sleep well during the first night because of my stomach upset.  So i decided to go back to my light diet again. No more 4 C's as the doctor says, Citrus, Carbonated, Chocolate and Caffeine.  It's always a struggle for me not to take any sip of it everyday because my desk is right next to coffee area and I always smell the brewing.  Omg!

How I love this colorful jelly that helps to relax my tummy.  Hopefully I can go back to work tomorrow.  Happy WW to all! :)

Fall Shadow

Shadow Shot Sunday 2

Taken 4 years ago at the ground of  Mount Carmel Church in Toronto, Canada. How I love the color of Fall but not the thought of winter is just around the corner. Date in the picture was not updated the time we used the camera.

Prayerful Thoughts

Picture shots at the Notre-Dame Cathedral originally called Notre-Dame de Paris meaning "Our Lady of Paris". This is one of the finest examples of French Gothic architectural works during those times. It is also among the largest and most well-known churches in the world. I was so fascinated by the edifice’s sculptures and stained glass windows . It also reminds me of Quasimodo in the movie The Hunchback of Notre-Dam.

Uttered a prayer for a safe travel back home and be grateful enough for a blessing to visit this wonderful place. Prayed also for the souls of my parents wishing they're with me, especially my mother who also fond of travelling too.  Hopefully I can visit for a long stay so I can go back and hear mass someday.

Start the New Year Right!

As the New Year starts we always have these new year's resolutions that we ended up to be unresolved. This year nothing laid out in the table but all hopes for the best to myself and for everybody. I was grateful enough for all the blessings we had last year and hoping for this coming new year. That’s why we started the year last January 01, 2017 by giving back to others through our first Sunday of the month choir service mass at Wascana Rehabilitation Center. Because I believe through this simple way we can help others emotionally and spiritually and you just can’t imagine how much good it actually does for our own soul. Showing compassion to others sometimes the greatest gift we can offer especially to the sick people. May we all have a fruitful and meaningful New Year!!!
